Half Day Farm School

Our Half Day is a great way to experience our Farm School program in a smaller setting and shorten day. It's the perfect amount of time; to do farm chores, highlight a agriculture based educational workshop and enjoy Farm play with Animal cuddles. 

Spring 2025 NWA Farm School Session Dates:

Program opens with a Meet the Teacher day on January 28th

Half Day Farm School Class dates are as followed;
Tuesday, February 4th
Tuesday, February 11th
Tuesday, February 18th
Tuesday, February 25th 
Tuesday, March 4th
Tuesday, March 11th
Tuesday, April 1st
Tuesday, April 8th
Tuesday, April 15th
Tuesday, April 22nd
Tuesday, April 29th
Tuesday, May 6th

Our program is broken up into groups based on the students age during enrollment. We serve ages 3 - 18 years old. Students must be fully potty trained to attend.

A typical day on the farm...
8:50am – 9:00am: Student Check-In
9:00am – 9:30am: Morning Gathering & Pledge of Allegiance
9:30am – 10:30am: Farm Chores with Animal Cuddles
10:30am – 11:30am: Hands on Farm Lessons
11:30am – 11:45am: Student Check-Out


Half Day Farm School runs from 9:00am - 11:30am
 

It's important for all of us to create a positive and productive learning environment together. Here are a few important things to keep in mind: Students should be able to follow instructions, come with an eagerness to learn, stay focused, display kindness to fellow students and show respect to the instructors. Tuesday NWA Half Day Farm School Pricing:
Farm School is $400.00 per student for the entire semester, includes supply fees. Payment options are available.

What to bring:
NWA Farm School Info Packets will be e-mailed a week before classes start. This packet will include answers to many frequently asked questions. In the meantime, please plan to bring the following:
- Play clothes. Clothes that can get DIRTY!
- Refillable Water Bottle
- Sunscreen and Bug Repellent if desired
- Boots: Rain or Work boots. NO open toed shoes allowed. All footwear must be slip on. To help our animals stay safe: Boots must be stored at our farm duirng the semester. 
- Gloves: Farm or Garden gloves if desired 
- Weather appropriate attire (this is so important!)
