How to Secure Your Spot:

Reserve Your Place: Pay a $200 non-refundable deposit per student via Venmo or through Brightwheel. This deposit applies toward the registration and supply fees for your chosen program.

Complete Enrollment Forms: Fill out the forms. If you did not send your deposit via Venmo, you will be prompted to pay at the end of your forms.

Apply Your Deposit: We will reach out to confirm your program enrollment. Select your programs and cover any additional fees.

Tuition Details: Your first Tuition payment is due by July 1, 2025.

Thank you for your interest in ACE, currently we are closing enrollment as have met our current deposit capacity. As we finalize additional details and secure the programs for those with deposits on record, we may open additional spots for our programs. If space allows, we will contact families on the wait list. At this time, since we are full, we will not be holding open houses or tours.
