While our program is not officially classified as a Christian program and we do not require a statement of faith for enrollment, we are proud to share that our foundation is rooted in Christian values. Our staff consists of individuals who are believers, and we aim to create a positive, supportive environment where respect, kindness, integrity, and compassion guide our interactions and teaching. These values are reflected in our day-to-day interactions, and we often incorporate Christian principles into our approach. We have a strict no Refund Policy. Alternate Community Education, LLC maintains a strict no refund policy under all circumstances. This policy applies to all payments made to the organization, including but not limited to registration fees, supply fees, tuition fees, event tickets, and any other charges or fees paid for services or activities.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, withdrawal, illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Once payments are made, they are considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made. By enrolling or making any payment to Alternate Community Education, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy in full.

To ensure the safety of our students, parents are not permitted to stay or wander on campus. We prioritize a secure environment and must verify the identity and suitability of all visitors. For transparency and to foster parental involvement, we offer supervised scheduled class peek-ins, while maintaining campus safety.

Yes! Our school is a nut-free facility, so please ensure your child brings a nut-free packed lunch. A microwave is available for warming food, but students must bring all necessary utensils and containers. We’re excited to announce that starting this fall, we’ll offer catered meal options, with details to be shared late summer. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for all students!

Yes, we have programs for ages 2 - 4 years old, however, they must be fully potty trained.

At ACE, we don’t require parent volunteers, as our exceptional staff and teachers are fully dedicated to providing top-quality education and care, all included in the tuition. This allows parents to enjoy peace of mind and a well-deserved break, knowing their children are in capable hands.

Occasionally, we welcome volunteers who complete a cleared background check to assist in various areas under the supervision of our staff or teachers. We’ll notify parents of these opportunities as they arise, ensuring a safe and structured way to contribute to our school community.

At ACE, we offer flexible attendance with no strict policies, accommodating families who travel or have unique schedules. However, please note that tuition is not prorated, and families remain financially responsible for all enrolled days, including those missed. This ensures we can maintain our high-quality staffing and resources for every student.
